His main areas of practice are corporate and commercial.

He has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate transactions. He advises clients on shares and assets acquisitions, acquisition finance and other corporate finance matters. He provides assistance in the establishment of joint ventures, consortia and other forms of cooperation among business organizations. He also provides assistance in corporate reorganizations, insolvency matters and debt restructuring.

He renders advice on shareholders agreements, governance, management contracts, incentive schemes, general company matters and commercial contracts.

He represent clients in corporate and commercial disputes.

He is also active in the real estate sector.

He co-founded the Firm. From 1993 through 2005 he was a partner at Traverso & Associati.

His practice is largely international, with frequent involvements in cross-border matters and the representation of foreign clients.

In 1985/86 he attended the Master of Laws program at Columbia University. In 1986/87 he was a foreign associate in the corporate department of Willkie Farr& Gallagher in New York. At the same time, he was admitted to the New York Bar.
